Having Trouble Sleeping is No Longer an Issue

For the longest time, I would find myself having trouble sleeping, and I really had no idea why. I worked long hours and felt tired as it got later into the evening, but when I actually laid down to go to sleep, it was as if I could not shut down my thoughts, and I would lay in bed for hours trying to force myself to fall asleep.
